& Punjabi, Mumbai Pav Bhaji, Vada

and many more. Platter is served with Farsan
and sweets dish like Shree Khand, Fruit salad
and never ending experience.
Suruchi
have
a seating capacity of 55. The Thali essentially
features two farsans ( snacks like khatte
dhokla and patties ), four vegetables like
flower mutter, methi ghaga, also rasawala
and kathor mung masala along with papad, phulka,
bajre ki roti, ( topped with loads of ghee
and jaggery ), puri and rice. Thali is served
with two types of chutneys.
